“The person who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.”

– Albert Einstein

Are you a rule follower or a rule breaker? Said slightly different, do you prefer to learn proven methods and become an expert or do you prefer to innovate and make your own way of doing things? Sometimes these leadership or management styles are referred to as Executor or Innovator.

Most people, even experts in very technical/professional fields, prefer to learn proven methods and become professional executors like those who have come before. Being an innovator can be scary, uncertain, and littered with failures. Much of who we become is sometimes just how we are wired (nature) or how we grow up (nuture).

In Episode 113, we interview Dr. Mitchell Yass who, as you will find out, is a TRUE innovator with all of the passion and purpose necessary to succeed with that personality and leadership style!
