Intuitive eating sounds great, right? But to actually make the leap and fully abandon dieting, well that's the hard part. But in this week's episode Holly explains the exact practice that sparked her to once and for all make peace with her body and let go of the food obsession. 

This practice helped Holly let go of counting calories, carbs, macros and allowed her to eat what felt and sounded good moment to moment. It helped her stop binge eating, and enabled her to step out of the diet cycle for good.
