You might be taking breaks from your Project You because you’re telling yourself you’re tired of thinking about the whole subject. Or you are bored with the subject of weight and food and eating.


Some signs of boredom you might be experiencing: believing that thinking about food will lead you to overeat, tired of planning what you will eat, tired of thinking about the fact that you need to eat several times during the day, tired of the whole subject, thinking you’ve been working on this long enough and if you don’t have the results you want, and you want to pause and take a break.


And we know what taking a break means, right? Eating whenever, whatever.


These things feel like they just happen. You wake up and you just follow these patterns. Whatever pattern you follow is what creates your end result.
