When you’re trying to stop overeating, do you hold on tight and think you should avoid failing at any cost?

If this is what you’ve tried in the past, you probably know by now that it doesn’t work, and it’s certainly not sustainable.

Yet most of us think our goal in life is to do anything to avoid failing.

When we learn anything that’s new to us and our brains, we need to know that failing is a part of learning.

The big mistake you make when you fail is not the mistake itself. It is your assumption that failing means there is something wrong with you. And that you did something ‘bad’. With thoughts like these, it’s understandable why failing seems like a terrible thing.

Today, we are going to talk about why you need to embrace failure.

Just imagine:

• What if you just reframed failure?

• What if failing was required on the way to success?

• What if you didn’t tell yourself it was terrible?

• Instead, you said: great, I’m glad I got that first fail over with!

• Now I can keep trying and get closer to the success I want.

Failing is not personal in that it doesn’t mean anything bad about you.

Yet it is personal in that it gives you a specific message about what you need to work on. Like a prescription for your own future success.

Join me in this coaching session today and learn how moving towards failing, in the right way, will help you reach those goals and feel better along the way.
