When was the last time you slipped from your eating plan?

You know.

It’s when you make a plan and promise yourself that you will follow your plan.

And…. you don’t.


You might make excuses for yourself.

Or maybe you are in deep denial. And think things like: This is no big deal.


Maybe you get upset with yourself.

You let your inner mean girl come out and you put yourself down for not being perfect. You slipped.


Or maybe you give up.

I hope this is not you.

But know that it’s a common response to having a slip. And there is a way out of it.


I don’t want you to give up or be mad at yourself or pretend that nothing happened.


There is a better way to treat a slip and that’s what we will cover today.

Slips are inevitable when you are learning something new.
