As humans we are inspired by perfection, but impacted by transparency. During the process of letting life unfold, we form an image of what perfection is in order to try to be good enough. We create an image of how we should be in order to be accepted by everybody. Not being perfect, we reject ourselves. Humans punish themselves endlessly for not being what they believe they should be. In your whole life nobody has ever abused you more than you have abused yourself. The limit of your self abuse is exactly the limit that you will tolerate from someone else. Dignity and empowerment comes from loving and being at peace with who you are because of what it has borne you through. Attractiveness of maturity and confidence comes from reaching a point where you’ll no longer tolerate anyone’s bullshit because you realize, YOU ARE ENOUGH.
