Finding meaningful social activities and support to improve wellbeing is crucial at any age, even more so as we get older. In this podcast series, we celebrate the individual voices on ageing and share personal stories from older South Australians.

Over six episodes we’ll hear from guests about how they’ve empowered themselves to get reconnected with life and community, how they achieved connectedness and what contributed to their success.

You’re not in this alone. So, if you, or someone you know is facing barriers as they get older, this podcast is for you.

Voices On Ageing was recorded on Kaurna lands with thanks to our program partner, Adelaide Primary Health Network.
