There was recently a discussion on Instagram about why the use of the word "token" and Tokenism is a problem. I wanted to put up this quick video/episode to discuss why many BIPOC were offended, why it's an issue, and why this should have never come up.

But since we're here, I'm happy to address it. Please share your own experience with tokenism and if you disagree/aren't offended by it, I'd love to hear your side too.
