There were multiple injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, for her to deal with and heal from. Thankful for the support of family and friends, Carrie found herself feeling other things too. Still fighting for wholeness, Carrie is the host of the Transformational Trauma and Healing podcast, and has a new book coming out in 2023 - Trauma Is A Catalyst.

Bio: Carrie Rickert’s true passion is in sharing stories of trauma, resilience, and hope, as well as coaching others to navigate their own murky waters post-trauma. Carrie uses her 15 years of coaching experience, along with her own trauma journey to provide support and tools for trauma survivors. Carrie is co-author of Trauma to Triumph: Stories of TBI Survivors and the Vital Role of Post-Acute Care, is the creator and host of the Podcast, Transformational Trauma and Healing, and will have a new book coming out in 2023.
