Everyone is concerned about their immune system. The recent health crisis regarding COVID-19 has certainly increased our awareness of the need to better care for our immune systems. What gets confusing is, how do we do that? I think all of us have heard all kinds of things regarding fortifying our immune system. We have heard experts talk about the importance of good nutrition and eating habits. We have also been told that exercise and movement, in general, is a must-do to have a healthy immune system. Getting enough sleep and rest is also one of the top suggestions when it comes to having a healthy immune system. What you do not hear about as much is where the emotions and our spirituality impacts our ability to fortify our immune system.

My guest, Linda Brown, a Holistic Mind-Nutrition and Body Health Coach, shares with us some vital information about how to have a holistic approach to fortifying our immune system
