Hey all! This podcast is about recognizing how far we've come. I feel as humans its an instinct to want to feel guilt about all of the things we haven't done on our to do list but not recognizing how much we have grown is so important! So today I speak about how hard I have been on myself, some shadows that hold me back, and a list of things we can do to move forward when we're feeling like we haven't moved at all.
