I had no intentions of talking about this. It kinda just came out when I pressed record. I know we are all dealing with a lot of emotions right now. Some of us are scared, some of us are okay with this because we needed a break, some of us don't know how to feel. I have felt all of these emotions the last couple of weeks and I want you to know you're not alone. But you also don't have to stay in these feelings. I spoke about how gratitude for even the littlest things can feel good right now (i referenced booping my dogs nose, for pete sakes). Also an abundance exercise you can do everyday to let you know you're going to be okay.
