Today on this solo podcast I speak about 5 steps that have helped me step into a more confident version of me. I wanted to share these steps with you because they're important in how you allow people to treat you. They're pretty simple steps when you say them but it takes work to apply them to your every day life! 

1) don't take things personal. 2) create boundaries 3) do something that scares you and get good at it 4) visualizing and journaling 5) create time in your day to do things that make you happy.
