How can we use mindfulness to support our business? There are two components that we can consider. One, we can use mindfulness to make decisions. We can learn to tune in and make choices in our business from a place of intuition.

The other competent is using mindfulness to stay healthy. I am super passionate about business owners and leaders making their health a priority because if we are not healthy both physically AND mentally that will, of course, affect the big-picture vision that we are working towards.
