Do you hear those voices in your mind?


The voices that are whispering:
You should do this and that…
Don’t go crazy and don’t start that thing your heart is longing for...
Don’t invest that money into your growth, better save it for rainy days…
You don’t have time and energy to change your life now…
Who do you think you are?
No one cares what you have to say…

I know you could add much more to those lines, and I actually invite you to do that. 


Shake it off and instead of feeding those energies inside of you, allow them to get out. 


Write it down and then reconnect to your body. 


Ask yourself:
Is this a fact?
Is this an unshakable truth?
Can I grow through this?
Will I survive if I do this?
Is this my higher self talking?
Is this my small self, ego talking?


See….nowadays it is so easy to stay in your head, listening to what you should or should do or be or have…
because we disconnect from our bodies, our inner wisdom, we tune out the whispers of our souls and then we feel isolated and without direction and purpose (especially us with an open identity center in human design). 


I invite you today to connect back to your body, back to your senses, back to your truth.


Pause for a moment and BE present.


Look around and notice 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel/touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste. 


Allow yourself to come back to your senses and the here and now. 
The space when you are trusting yourself and your inner wisdom. 


Don’t allow the shoulds to lead your life, lead from your body, love, lead from your heart. 


What is the one thing you will create today that will bring you back to your body?
