Do you ever feel the pressure of setting goals?

Like the whole world chooses January 1st as some magical day to set all your goals and achieve them in a year. 


 


We set goals, plans, strategies, buy calendars, journals and then in a few months (if not weeks or days) we feel tired, burned out and very often even forget why we even set those goals in the first place. 



I invite you to do it a little bit differently. 


 


After interviewing @iamhollyhusler I was really inspired to change my perspective. 


 


Ask yourself, why are you really setting up goals? 


 


To feel a certain way right?

To attract the lover, to attract the clients, five / six figure months in your business, to travel, all these “goals” are meant to make you feel a certain way. 


 


Instead focusing “only” on your goals, ask yourself first:
How do I want to feel?

What are the three feelings I would love to experience during the year?

How will I know I have succeeded at the end of the year?

Because my love, it isn’t about setting a goal, number or finish line, and getting there. 


Often we achieve goals and then we are still not happy and fulfilled. 


 


Focus on the feeling and be intentional about creating the feeling, then you can fuel your goals and dreams.
