When I feel my best, what actually am I doing?!


 


You could make the argument that every emotion is always present, always
accessible.  One minute you could feel bliss, and the
next moment extreme frustration.


 


So what makes us feel specific emotions in a given moment?


                                                                


Perhaps we feel the emotions that we practice the most!  It’s the
old adage, what you focus on is what you get.


 


So which ones are you practicing feeling?  Are you preparing the
correct ways for the emotions you want to feel?
