What are things we should be observing and understanding when it comes to People and Organization in times of this crisis? In this episode together with IB Lecturer Sandy Garcia and our two final year IB students, Gergana Bogdanova and Annabelle Law, we will discuss three phases of this crisis in the workplace and the first responses among different companies in various industries.
