Leadership: what does it entail?

As a student at IB, you have to participate in various integrated projects and curriculum activities throughout your study. Moreover, during some of the projects, you are encouraged to take a leadership position and identify how to work with a diverse group of students to achieve a common goal.

So how do you become a good leader and what are examples of great leaders? What is personal leadership and how is it relevant to the IB students? Has the view on leadership changed since the pandemic? What are the CQ and the AQ and why are they crucial aspects of leadership?
