Meditation is a very important part of life. Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Now, if you're listening to this, I do know that you probably have heard me talk about meditation before. However, I want to specifically remind you that just five minutes of closing your eyes, getting quiet, and thinking deeply about who you are and what you want is a form of meditation. So slow down today, think quietly, more than one time today about what you really want out of life and be specific. Focus on your breath. Notice what you're thinking about, and then start asking the universe to bring you the things that you deeply want. These types of meditations can be powerfully transformational. I love you.
