Longtime friend of the pod and USWNT legend Yael Averbuch-West joins Craig Hoffman and Chris Gorres to talk about the expansion of Techne, her app that's taken the soccer world by storm. Yael talks about how she's continued to develop the app and why she chose to start including strength and conditioning options, which meant bringing Chris into the Techne World.

Chris and Yael detail the challenge of creating app based workouts and some of the stipulations Yael gave Chris in creating the program. Plus, Yael discusses why she chose Chris for the project and they tell some stories of their long-held friendship along the way.
