Should you be taking a probiotic? What type of probiotic is best for me? Should you get one that needs to be stored in the fridge?

Probiotics are such a tricky topic and with lots of options that it is easy to get overwhelmed by it all. You probably already have some idea of what probiotics should do and have an opinion on them. I know I did.
