Reality is...all racism is not the same and a lot of my friends over the last three weeks have had some hard conversations with themselves, their families and even their clients. Some have worked hard to educate themselves and understand what the black community needs, other have refused there even is an issue, even with all 50 states and countries across the globe protesting, and others have analysis paralysis.

The deeper you dig into this, the more you will start to see how your actions may have contributed to others pain without ever using a curt word or having hate in your heart.
