In my younger years I was a college athlete.  I was never the most athletic individual, but I still had to get up early to get to the weight room, so that's something.

Then, I had a couple of kids and I managed to get back in shape after the second one was born, mostly because I had a very physical job.

Now, I've had one more kid and my job mostly involves sitting at the computer and typing.  It's time to reel it in.

Since we're all pandemic-ing right now I've picked an at-home workout regime.   Since I've used Beachbody in the past, I went with that program again.  

The starting point here is: 0.  No fitness.  I mean I take my dog for walks.  The goal is: to do 30 pushups in a row, without stopping...also not on my knees.  This is going to be funny, people.  Stay tuned for my slow plod toward fitness.
