Half time has arrived!
Here we are in the middle of the year.
And what do we do when we reach half time in a game?
We reflect back on the last half to identify what is working and what is not working. Therefore this is what we are going to look at today. We are going to look at all the categories in your life (your sports categories will come in the next episode).
For you to become the athlete you want to become you must also look at your life. If you have your life categories in order you will perform better in your sport and if you have your sports categories in order you will perform better in your life.
Let's begin to evaluate your life here below.
Life Categories
1. Health
2. Emotional Health
3. Mental Health
4. Family
5. Partner/Friends
6. Lifestyle
7. Energy Health
8. Finances (Your Treasure)
9. Growth (Learning)
10. Self Care
Step 1
In this step you want to rate each category from 1 to 5.
1 = awful
5 = incredible
List out each life category from above and give it a rating between 1 and 5.
Step 2
Add up your total score out of 50.
If you scored 50/50 congratulations but don't stop there, let's make it even better.
If you scored less than 50 this is great too because now you are aware of what categories will need the most attention.
Step 3
List out each category and ask yourself these 2 questions below;
1. What do I want to be true by December 31st 2019?
2. How will I do that? (List the detail).
