ABOUT ELDONNA
Eldonna Lewis Fernandez is a retired Air Force veteran with 23 years of honorable military service. As a Contracts Specialist in the Air Force and Contracts Negotiator and Manager after retiring, Eldonna has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts. She authored the book “Think Like A Negotiator: 50 Ways to Create Win Win Results by Understanding the Pitfalls to Avoid” and Co Authored the Award Winning “Heart of a Military Woman.”
Today Eldonna is a Keynote Speaker and Experiential Trainer on Negotiation and Self Leadership. She also founded the Dynamic Vision Foundation non profit that helps women in Kenya eradicate poverty through the Baskets and Beads project.
