Melanie and Daisy share insightful conversation how this girl, Melanie, took the leap of faith and left her comfortable corporate job as an attorney in order to follow her intuition and passion.
Melanie and Daisy have a candid and honest conversation about her entrepreneurial journey. She shares with us that House of Lilacdid not start of as a flower company, but more as a personal blog that turned into a gifting company then organically transformed into a flower company and lifestyle content brand. With her type A personality and entrepreneurial spirit, Melanie kept on creating more creative content on her instagram, website and blog. This yearning to share and help woman beautify their homes in very simple manners, led to DIY (do it yourself) workshops, and the creation of a community of woman that wanted to gather and support each other while being in a creative environment.
Once again, Melanie responded to her clients’ needs and created the Flower Club. The Flower Club consists of weekly emails filled with inspirational content from journal prompts to self-care articles (these are free) since she wants to excite woman to step into their POWER in order to fully BLOOM!
Melanie confesses that the journey has not been easy but totally worth it. She has been 100% led by her intuition, and encourages others to trusts their gut.
