EP 037: Seeking 2020 Vision...setting your eyes on the prize with special guest Gaby Martinez-Fonts

This girl, Daisy Blanchard, is fully illuminated and excited to kick off her third season with clarity and focus especially since she is joined with her soul sister, Gaby Martinez Fonts, mindfulness ambassador and founder of Mindful Wisdom Now.  Together they created a tradition for the past 3 years to create vision boards, and on this episode, they reflect and share their personal growth journey on how the vision boards have been a positive creative tool in manifesting their dreams, one year at a time.

Although some might think that vision boards are bogus, for these two inspirational women, it has proved that the power of visualization can really work. Daisy & Gaby both believe in the “law of attraction” and visualizing goals and dreams daily, can send a powerful frequency into the Universe.

As they briefly reviewed their vision boards, Gaby explains some mindfulness practice techniques in achieving more clarity while creating your board.  They both agree that the beauty of vision boards is that there are no rules, and you can create what is right for you using images, words of affirmation, pictures, and embellishments like glitter and stickers (our host Daisy is a sucker for sparkle and stickers).  What is most important for them is that your vision board evokes a feeling. The more a vision board focuses on how you want to feel, the more it will come to life.
