Sometimes our thought patterns have deeper meaning than we think they do. Through a daily mediation practice, I've learned how to observe my thoughts, behaviors and emotions throughout my day and life, giving me insight into patterns that emerge. Many of the things that trigger us are lessons we are meant to learn and clear from this or past lives. In this episode, I talk about an example that came up for me this week and how I cleared a very old story that I'd been unconsciously reliving in my life.
