Many of us have had childhood trauma that we've carried for decades, whether we know it or not. From not fitting in, moments of embarrassment to physical or emotional abuse, there is spectrum of trauma which programs us to varying degrees. But there are ways to reprogram your mind, your behavior and your habits so that you are no longer a victim to that experience. The first step is acknowledging the trauma. The second is talking about it with people who can help and give you tools for clearing the energy. Finally, you can find acceptance and forgiveness for yourself and the initiator of the trauma. In this episode, I talk about my experience with this process and some of the tools that helped me unearth and let go of a childhood trauma that I'd had buried for over 30 years.
