You will have to indulge me a little this week, for a few reasons but primarily because I am being just a weeny bit self-indulgent.
I don't know if it's a hangover of lockdown, or a by-product of working from home in a fairly piecemeal fashion, but I seemed to have got into the habit of consuming quite a lot of content on a daily basis.
Of course you know that, because I often reference my new favourite thing on TFM - so it seemed fitting to round out the year with my faves in terms of reading, watching, listening and experiencing.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
