Why is it that everyone makes the hiring process so complicated?

We try to make everything perfect and everything set in stone, before we even go out to looking for the right team member?

Everyone tries to do all the right “legals” and get all the “human resources” avenues in place, when to be totally honest, they are NOT the most important factors and will most likely change during the hiring process anyway.

So why are we always trying to make the process so convoluted?

The secret lies in making it super simple and the ability to grow is then multiplied.

I’ve used this approach literally dozens and dozens of times. In fact, well more than one hundred times of hiring great team members in the health and medical fields and across all my companies.

It’s simply, easy and very effective. And best of all, it enables multiplication and growth to then occur much quicker.
