In this episode, Jeremy and Katherine investigate the experience of being a detainee within the British prison system. We ask what are the struggles while in prison and what can we do to manage trauma once released?

We speak to a panel of ex-prisoners and visit Kelly Gleeson, who runs trauma support groups for women in prison, works with the Prison Reform Trust as the Advice and Information Trainee is an ACE trained practitioner and is currently servicing a five-year sentence.
