In today’s episode, I’ll start off by sharing the experience I’ve had doing Alex Charfen’s “Natural Thirst Challenge.” I’ll then talk about how important it is to be grateful to live life and how to overcome depression on those days when you’re feeling down.


To highlight that a little better, I’ll share a story about the time I almost died, and how that really shifted my perspective on life and took me through an emotional change that enabled me to be appreciative of life and what I have no matter the situation I’m in.
