I talk about my history in Evangelical Christianity, delving into the study of the Occult over the past year, and how Ceremonial and Ritual Magick ultimately led me back to the basics: simply Meditating. I talk about how there's been a lot of monetizing of this trendy "new" practice in America and some of the pitfalls of how it's perceived and what it's for, and offer some suggestions as to a higher purpose for sitting and breathing, and how you don't need any of the Spiritual Materialism shit, but simply, your own body and breath. Not coming from the perspective of an expert, merely sharing what I've learned and have found to be helpful.
