This episode is the first taken from our #BackToSchoolLive2020 video series. We chatted with three health and well-being experts over the week with the goal of delivering tips directly to you to help you stay strong over the coming academic year.

Our first guest was Darryl Edwards aka "The Fitness Explorer". Darryl is a movement coach, a researcher, an author and the founder of Primal Play - an exercise concept that aims to help people rediscover the joy of movement. His TED Talk has been viewed over 700,000 times and is a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn more about how we need to shift our attitude towards exercise. Darryl is an inspiration when it comes to our approach to exercise and physical activity and we hope it gets you thinking about how you too can experience the "Joy of Movement".

Episode outline:
- Darryl’s background and how he came to start Primal Play
- Key messages from his TED Talk - “Why Working Out Isn’t Working Out”
- Simplest ways to introduce more movement into our busy weeks working in schools.
