Welcome to the TeachStrong Podcast.

Joining me for a slightly different episode today is Toria Bono. Toria is a primary school teacher, a coach, and the founder of the TinyVoiceTalks community and podcast.

Through the community she’s created on Twitter and her podcast, she is “raising the voices of all of those in education”, giving more educators the chance to share their thoughts on the biggest topics in schools today.

Today’s conversation is a two-parter. For one part, I want to find out more about why Toria founded TinyVoiceTalks and the impact she sees it having everyday. We know that community is a vital aspect of health and happiness and so for people to have this support network has been so positive for them.

For the other part of the show, we’re going to talk about the differences Toria has noticed since introducing changes to her lifestyle. She’s recently made some adjustments to her approach to sleep and nutrition and has been feeling the benefits so I want to find out more in the hope that it might inspire others to make some positive changes too!
