When you start to think about changing your job or career, you can't just make the change overnight. It's a process that may take some time and one part of the process is doing some deep thinking about what you want in your life and career. This is a good time to do some self-assessments, and there are plenty to choose from.

The most recent tool I have become familiar with is CareerFitter.com. You can take the assessment for a free report and you also have the option of upgrading for a premium report for only $19.95.

I also offer an even more complete assessment which is called the Pathway Planner.

The point of taking assessments like these is to get in touch with who you are, what your strengths and weaknesses are, what your aptitudes and natural gifts happen to be, etc. This self-discovery and self-reflection can ultimately help lead you toward the career of your dreams.

If you are interested in these assessments, check them out.

If you would like to talk about how I might help you discover your next career, make an appointment at https://teachersintransition.com/calendar for a 20-30-minute Discovery Session.
