Level The Fuck Up Retreat change my life!

This is a solo episode for me to share with you my journey on my first coaching retreat. I took my FIRST SOLO flight to a place I had never been to meet strangers and stay with them for an entire weekend. This is to share my experience on how stepping outside your comfort zone will bring you toward courage and step into being confident. Thank you to the ladies who I met, I will cherish you forever! <3
