Here are three tips on how to beat your Negative mind.

1. Question the source of your thinking. 

Is this thought coming from a healthy perspective and place? Or is this thought coming from fear or an unhealthy place?

2.Question:  Is this thought true?
Studies have proven that more than 80% of our current thoughts today will be a replication of the thoughts we had yesterday. 
Therefore we are constantly re-thinking the same thoughts every day. 
If we are thinking the same thoughts most likely we’re having the same feelings and if we’re having the same feelings most likely were having the same reactions and if we’re having the same reactions most likely we’re having the same experiences!

In order to re-create new thoughts which will create new emotions and feelings which then will create new behavior we have to be intentional. 

These are tools on how to intentionally Create and manifest the life that you want.

You are in control of your life.

Take your power back.
