Jeremy Schneider lived off $36k for about 10 years while working on his start-up company RentLinx.com, which was a rental housing advertising business.

Jeremy had the opportunity to work full-time at Microsoft after his internship as he studied computer science and computer engineering at the University of Michigan. It is a decision that many people would have taken because it's a safe and stable position, but sometimes an entrepreneur wants to see how an opportunity can really turn out.

After 10 years of hard work, Jeremy Schneider sold his company for about $5 million dollars in 2014 as he held 70% of the company's shares.

Now Jeremy devotes his time to investing and working on Personal Finance Club, which is a community that helps educate individuals on personal finance and investing.
