Jenny Jaucian, better known as Jenny J Fitness, is a fitness and weight loss coach. She encountered the health & fitness career path ever since she was told that she had to lose weight in order to become a dancer.

Having tried all the "short cuts" to weight loss to later find a healthy and long-lasting way of effectively losing weight, she eventually decided to get her certificates and become a fitness and weight loss coach.
