Who remembers the huge cryptocurrency hype back in 2017? So many people were pouring in money to try to 5X or even 10X their initial investment. To be fair a lot of people got rich overnight, but the majority of people lost.

Camilo Vasquez was fixed on the crazy cryptocurrency opportunity in 2017 that he decided to invest $1,000. He explained how he did his due diligence in picking out his coins, but he was still very inexperienced and foolish to dive in right away.

Looking back he thinks he would have been better off he put his money in a Roth IRA. The investment is a long-term one and definitely a more conservative move.
