Our guest this week is model, film director and mental health advocate Florence Kosky! Speaking up about mental health in both the modelling world and through her films, Florence is an ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation and is a big supporter of the Be Well Collective - a non profit organisation that is working with agencies & the British Fashion Council towards making the industry better for models by prioritising mental health. She talks to us all about her own mental health as well as her experiences modelling and film directing!
