If you have ever been struggling to get to sleep, or it takes you a lot of time, then this meditation for sleep is for you :) I sometimes struggle with insomnia, and I feel this type of relaxation / meditation really helps. How it works, is that we scan through our entire body, and for each body part, we make it warm, heavy, and therefor more relaxed and sleepy. I hope you enjoy this meditation for sleep.
