In Part 2 of the podcast, Cassandra delves further into her self discovery while at Rhythmia.  As you may know, Cassandra has done a lot of work that relates to her loss, but this was a whole other level she didn’t expect. Up until that point on the night of the very first ceremony, Cassandra focused more on ayahuasca as a drug rather than a medicine. But as she got there, her mind was set at ease and a lot of her anxieties, after watching how these group of humans interact and the amount of respect, love, and admiration that they have for the plant, was released. Well, there was still a bit of anxiousness left but not to the point that she’d turn around and run. The three days she was there were different experiences on each day.
