Happiness is a SKILL that can make our lives more meaningful and fulfilling. Happiness is NOT something that happens to us by chance, but something that we can learn and practice. In this episode of Play Hard & Love Big Radio, Nick Clark discusses happiness as something to be practiced through intentional actions and habits, such as gratitude, kindness, optimism, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Happiness is also influenced by our mindset, our beliefs, and our expectations. By changing the way we think and perceive ourselves and the world, we can increase our happiness and well-being. Happiness is a skill that requires effort and practice, but it is also a skill that can be learned and improved.
