It’s a servant leadership process. When I serve my community in Kenya, I don’t look at what I’m getting, I serve because I know it’s all about giving/serving with love.
The reason I started a programme on leadership is because a lot of people do not understand the true definition of leadership. What needs to be done is to help people understand what exactly leadership is and who is a soulful leader. I see a lot of leaders who just want to be in positions because of what they get out of it. For example, in Kenya a lot of young people see that if they want to accumulate more wealth they need to be in leadership. It’s the wrong mindset.
People need to understand that the definition of heaven is what you choose to do, and whatever you do as a person will either haunt you negatively or positively. It’s all about choice. It today I decided to be a servant leader because I’ve decided to serve with love. But if I decide to be a transactional leader, which comes with its own negative attributes, that’s my choice too. The heaven you want to have is upon you to choose what you want to do and that choice will come back to impact you negatively or positively.
