Iona is a Life Fulfilment Coach, Speaker and Author.  Her core philosophy is that no matter who you are, where you’re from or what your personal circumstances, it is possible to reinvent yourself from the inside out and live your BEST life.  We all have innate well-being, health and happiness within us.

Iona has proven her own philosophy having overcome personal struggles with depression, stress and confidence.  She believes everyone can get out of their ‘funk' and get to a place of Purpose, Passion and Joy; to live the life that they dream of - because she has done it.

Iona helps clients release their blocks, overcome negative habits and beliefs, lack of confidence, depression and feelings of ‘being stuck’.  She’s often referred to as a wizard who does magic without the illusion.
