Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery of craft spirits to serve the City of Sydney since 1853 and is dedicated to honouring the tradition of distilling with their unique approach - they distill and bottle custom spirits including gin, vodka and whiskey by hand.

Sydney-siders and visitors alike will have the chance to experience genuine grain-to-glass spirit production onsite and there is an incredible cocktail bar with a classy fit out and a fabulous team.
